Sautéed Summer Squash
This is an easy recipe! You can use any type of summer squash: zucchini, yellow
squash, patty pan, etc..
Wash and do not peel squash. Dice into bite size pieces. Chop up one onion. In a
frying pan heat olive oil and add squash and onions. Add a bit of chopped
garlic. Sauté until onion is soft and squash is just cooked and not mushy. Salt
and pepper to taste. Serve!
