Marinated Veggies
6 cups of chopped veggies ~ these can be a mix in any desired proportion of lettuce, mushrooms, radishes, cauliflower, carrot slices, tomatoes, etc..
Italian dressing (recipe follows)
Mix veggies and dressing together and refrigerate for a few hours before dinnertime.
